Returns & Exchanges
At Redi-Thotics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If our orthotics do not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Place the orthotics in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside the box.
- 3.Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier to send your return to our processing center at the address provided with your RMA.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
